- description: July 23 2013... Drains and roads flooded in Arnold. In addition surface water caused a wall to collapse dangerously. The water got up to ankle deep on the pavements just before a tree fell, a rumble was heard and there was a landslide and the whole wall collapsed.. looks like it may have been at Arnold Community Centre wall and fell over the bus stop
