Daredevil duo Amber and Ryan Stock, who have been in a relationship for 16 years, were performing in front of the judges and the live audience when Amber completely missed her target. She was supposed to hit the round target which fiance and sword swallowing specialist Ryan was holding in his mouth, but instead struck him in the neck As Ryan desperately brushed the flames away, the judges watched on in shock. Fortunately, the duo managed to remain on the stage and talk to the judges. Ryan also later took to Twitter to assure his followers he was fine. We had a serious mishap tonight outage live on @nbcagt," he wrote. "A very unfortunate mechanical failure but I am very fortunate to walk away from it." While stunned viewers said it's the first time they'd ever seen a stunt not go to plan. "First time I’ve ever seen a danger act go wrong on #AGT. Bet @comedydaredevil is pretty glad there wasn’t a sharper point on that arrow," one said. "OMG that was so scary. When scary stunts go wrong," shared aother. Don't try this at home. An act on "America's Got Talent" went horribly wrong Tuesday night when contestant Ryan Stock was shot with a flaming arrow during an episode that was aired live. The Canadian stunt man was ready to wow audiences as he waited for his fiancée, Amber Lynn Walker, to perfectly aim a fiery arrow at a target placed in his mouth. In a live television mishap, Walker missed and viewers and the show's judges — Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel — horrifically watched as Stock was hit in the neck. The show continued to air as the shocked judges looked on and host Nick Cannon made sure Stock was OK. "I'm OK, I'm OK," Stock stressed despite visible shock and pain. Mandel urged him to see EMTs and Canon later assured viewers again that Stock was doing well and was not punctured by the arrow. The show's Twitter page also wrote about the chaotic incident, asking fans to vote for the couple once they've "calmed down and stopped freaking out."
