- description: This changes up a little every week, but the bulk of it forms the basis of what I regularly eat. I kinda like dulled down versions of fried food and just cooking it in a better way. I STRESS NOT PERFECT, So please no pickness, Im just showing you guys what I eat:) Theres also one or two things that I didnt get on this particular shop, like semi skimmed Milk(which im trying to limit to one cup because I love it). Im on my 3rd or 4th week of eating this way and my body feels a lot lighter, and i think I've lost some weight un-intentionally, and im never bloated now. Without being too anal about it, I've been consciously trying to eat a regular intake of protein (i have chicken, or eggs at least once a day).
