On arrival heavy fire showing through the roof, and occupants on the balconies. Their quint was out of service, and neighbouring Moncton Fire Department Truck 3 responded, and rescued trapped civilians from the balconies. Fire consumed whole top floor. Dieppe is a composite fire department with 35 fulltime and 30 volunteer firefighters.
