- description: Case #: 2015-15799 HIDDEN NANNY CAMERA CAPTURES SUSPECT BREAKING INTO RESIDENCE - DO YOU RECOGNIZE HIM? - PLEASE SHARE On Monday March 2, 2015 at approximately 11:15 a.m., Windsor Police responded to a break and enter at a residence in the 1100 block of Elsmere Avenue. Entry was gained to the residence by smashing a glass panel on the front door, reaching in and opening the door. The suspect entered a bedroom and removed a bag. The bag contained various medications, an RCA tablet, Nintedo DSI and a small quantity of cash. Surveillance video from inside the bedroom captures the suspect during the break and enter.
