  • description: Exercise Precision Support 12-1 conducted between 03 July 12 -- 28 July 2012 is the provision of Airbase Operations for the successful and efficient conduct of Precision Red, C130 Air Operations. Combat Support elements under the exercise title of Air Operations Task Unit 006 (AOST006) have established Airbases at three austere airfields, Benning, Samuel Hill and Williamson to enable C130 aircraft to conduct Mission Rehearsal Exercise and aircrew validation. The interoperability demonstrated and practiced by both Airbase and Air Operations highlight the essential requirement for Air Land integration to achieve successful projection of Air Power.
