T&Cs for the above contest: 1) This contest ("Contest") is organized by SpiceJet Limited and is open to all its Facebook fans who have liked the page - https://www.facebook.com/FlySpiceJet, except for the employees of SpiceJet, its affiliates and/ or those related to the agency(ies) involved in whatever manner in connection with this Contest. 2) The contest is open till the day of the final match of the IPL 2014. 3)To enter the contest, fans are required to "like" the SpiceJet's facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/FlySpiceJet on Facebook (if they've not liked earlier) and upload the video either on Facebook or share the URL of the video uploaded on YouTube on SpiceJet's Facebook page. 4) The participant's entry MUST have tagged SpiceJet's Facebook page on their wall (keeping the view as "Public") and include the hash tag "#WithAllOurHeart", to be eligible to enter into the contest. 5) The entry must fall under one of the video categories - tattoo, baby dance or cheering for the Sun Risers Hyderabad team. 6) The winners will be decided by the panel of judges at SpiceJet. 7) It is for the note of the participants that the entries shall not be judged on the basis of number of likes, and/ or shares garnered. 8) The winners of the Contest will receive either match tickets for hospitality stand to Sun Risers Hyderabad matche(s) in Hyderabad with air travel from SpiceJet, match tickets for regular stand to SRH matche(s) in Hyderabad without air travel, SRH team jerseys and/ or exclusive goodies signed by the team players. Those participants who win match tickets and travel from SpiceJet shall not be provided with accommodation. In all such cases, the winners would have to make their own arrangements. 9) The prizes won under this Contest are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s). 10) SpiceJet does not exercise any control, nor does it have the means for exercising any such control, amongst others, regarding the quality, originality, authenticity, legality, security and/ or validity of the video/ comments/ share/ tweets / views/ content etc. 11) SpiceJet's decision with respect to all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. SpiceJet reserves the right to use the data submitted by the participants without any further consideration to such person(s) and irrespective of them winning or not winning the Contest. 12) No communication and/ or claims regarding the status, winning criteria and/ or selection procedure of the entries shall be entertained. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions, made applicable to this Contest, at any time without prior notice. 13) Any disputes arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
