Fate has filled her life with turmoil and hardships to such an extent that she has accepted her complex life as routine. She has lost her mother during the time of her birth. This was enough to invite the wrath of her father who discards her completely as a bad omen and detaches from her emotionally. Deepa does all the house hold chores and nurtures the whole family like a mother but to her fate, her sister takes away all the credits. She serves her lord shiva in the temple daily and prays for her father's happiness and seeks an answer from the lord for her life is no more than a question. Her prayers seem to be answered when one fine day, Karthik, a wealthy business man from Bangalore finds her dancing in front of lord Shiva.
