The video clearly shows the 26 year old or someone very similar being escorted to a BPD vehicle whilst handcuffed and not wounded... Official reports claimed the suspect was shot by police and then run-over by his younger brother in a stolen SUV in Sommerville, MA. According to CNN this man was later released by police, but no further details were given, no name, and no footage exists of his release from custody, so who was he?
