- description: QPS showed their true colours at the third game of State of Origin 2012 with the Queenslander Charity Car. The bonnet - signed by the seven-time champion Queensland State of Origin team - will soon be removed so it can be auctioned as part of the PCYC Gala Dinner later in 2012. Last year's bonnet raised more than $7200 for the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation. The car itself will remain on the road until the end of the year as a fully operational police vehicle. Along with any operational requirements, the car will be used at a range of community, sporting and recruitment events throughout Queensland.
