This 6-track EP also features remixes from xxxy, Envee, and Spisek Jednego. This Warsaw-based duo consists of 19-year-old Klaudia Szafranska on vocals and 31-year-old Michal Wasilewski (aka Lance Flare) on production. Klaudia first appeared on the national radar after becoming an audience favourite as a contestant in Poland's X Factor, and soon after her search began for a musical partner -- all while Michal himself was on the hunt for a vocalist. Joining together to form XXANAXX in 2012, the duo combined their love for analog 808 beats, deep bass, and ambient space, with Klaudia's soaring vocals, to create their first tracks, including the EP's title track "Disappear", which has already racked up over 200 000 listens on YouTube. Disappear EP also includes a remix from xxxy, who brings the sound of London in his house-leaning take on "Broken Hope", pulling XXANAXX straight to the dancefloor. Polish producers Envee and Spisek Jednego close the EP with their own uniquely funky approaches to the music of XXANAXX. With work underway on their debut album, and a busy summer ahead touring the biggest Polish festivals (including Heineken Open'er and Audioriver), the future is brighter than ever for this promising electronic duo.
