To all those who said the Subaru should have stopped, I was driving the Subaru, I had just let him past as we were limping, I didn't see the crash but as I came through several marshals were running to the car. I realised the crew weren't out of the car and there was no OK board but as I could see there were plenty of marshals on the scene and because I didn't know whether there was a radio car at that junction I made the CONSIOUS DECISION to go on to the next radio and report it. I even asked Luke Harvey after the event if he knew how the crew were because I was concerned. I know the rules and I listened carefully to the excellent safety briefing before the event but sometimes you have to do what you think is best under the circumstances and at the time with plenty of people already on scene to assist the crew I thought the best thing was to get to a radio. I can now see that without being able to report to the radio the condition of the crew, it could have caused the stage to be stopped and a doctor sent in unnecessarily or a wait for the next crew to update them. Please rest assured I did stop and report the accident to the radio, I had nothing to gain by not stopping (our rally was already over) and I won't make the same error of judgement again.
