After the fire was extinguished by St. Louis Fire Department, a male victim was discovered deceased inside the vehicle. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The suspect appears to be a black female, 5'8" to 6' 0" tall, 200 lbs., light to medium complexion with short hair.
