- description: North Korea's womens football match against Colombia is delayed as their players refuse to take to the field after their photos are incorrectly shown on the big screen beside the flag of South Korea. The error occurred whilst the players were warming up and led to the match being delayed by one hour and five minutes. Locog have issued a statement of apology saying "clearly it is a mistake, we will apologise to the team and the National Olympic Committee". The Koreans eventually played the match and won 2-0 against the Colombians.
