Ricetta facile per un dolce al cucchiaio senza cottura a base di morbida crema al caffè, con un cuore croccante al cioccolato e una base di biscotti. Fresco e gustoso da servire a fine pasto o per coccolarsi nelle calde sere estive. Ho usato uno stampo da plumcake in alluminio da 30 x 10 cm, vanno bene anche gli stampi in silicone.
