It so happened that Jagdish got suspicious of Jyoti being friendly with Girish Chauhan (20) a rickshaw puller in the same village. Moreover the investigating police were unable to hunt down two accomplices of Girish Chauhan in the alleged rape incident. The police also picked Girish’s and Mukesh’s parents Somnath and Vasudha and told them that their sons were in trouble firstly for rape and then causing grievous injury. The media intervention forced the higher echelon in the police department to swing in to action and what happened next turned out to be an anti-climax. Where is Jyoti? What is the truth?
