The incident took place in Changchun, Jilin province in northern China. Ling Su allegedly held on to her husband's boxer shorts for 20 minutes before police and firefighters arrived on the scene. "We heard a shout and screaming and there he was dangling from the window with his wife hanging onto his pants," said one passer by. "She got a stronger hold on his leg and screamed for help. "We tried to get in to help her but the apartment was locked and we couldn't break down the door." The man, 45-year-old Wang Li, was brought back to safety. He's said to be depressed from being unable to find enough work. He and his wife must've had an interesting talk after she saved him and hopefully he has a new lease on life.
