Get our cookbook at any one of these online stores: http://books.simonandschuster.com/Epic-Meal-Time/Josh-Elkin/9781476746012 http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/147674601X/simonsayscom http://www.booksamillion.com/ncom/books?isbn=147674601X http://www.indiebound.org/book/9781476746012 http://www.amazon.com/Epic-Meal-Time-ebook/dp/B00DX0F4GY/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1377531556&sr=1-1&keywords=epic+meal+time https://itunes.apple.com/us/book/isbn9781476746029 What You'll Need (Tools & Ingredients) : - 2 mixing bowls - 1 large saucepan or pot - 1 baking tray - Food processor - Aluminum foil - 3 cups of flour - 1 cup of dark brown sugar - 1 teaspoon of baking soda - 3/4 teaspoon of salt - 7 tablespoons of frozen unsalted butter - 1/3 cup of honey - 5 tablespoons of milk - 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract - 1 pound of ground beef - 4 eggs - 1 jar of marshmallow fluff - 2 milk chocolate bars - 1 box of red velvet cake mix - 1/2 cup of cooking oil plus large bottle of cooking oil - 1/2 cup of bread crumbs - 1 liter of butter milk - 1 large white onion - 1 pack of bacon - 1 jar of nutella - 1 bag of marshmallows Directions: 1 - Lay down one package of bacon on a baking tray 2 - Place the bacon in the oven for 15mins. at 385F 3 - Add 2 and 1/2 cups of flour into a mixing bowl 4 - Add 1 cup of dark brown sugar into the same mixing bowl 5 - Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, as well as 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt into the same mixing bowl 6 - Slice up 1 stick of butter 7 - Add butter, and the contents of the mixing bowl into the food processor, and set it to pulse 8 - Add 2/3 of a cup of milk to the mix 9 - Add 1/3 of a cup of honey to the mix 10 - Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract to the mix 11 - Slice open and place 1 pound of ground beef into a mixing bowl 12 - Generously cover the top of the meat with bread crumbs 13 - Add 1 egg to the mix 14 - Stir it all together with your hands 15 - Divide the meat into two equal patties 16 - Play with your meat 17 - Put the dough in the fridge to cool for 1 hour 18 - Remove the bacon from the oven and leave it to the side to cool off 19 - Spread out your meat patties on a baking tray covered in aluminum foil 20 -Place half of a chocolate bar into the center of the patty 21 - Cover the top of the chocolate bar with marshmallow spread 22 - Place the other half of the chocolate bar on top of the marshmallow 23 - Fold the edges of your patty in order to enclose the s'more insides 24 - Wrap your burgers tightly in aluminum foil 25 - Add the cake mix to a mixing bowl 26 - Add 1 egg to the cake mix 27 - Add 1/2 cup of cooking oil and 1/2 a cup of water to the cake mix 28 - Mix all the ingredients together 29 - Add 2 liters of cooking oil to a large pot 30 - Place the large pot over the stove on high heat 31 - Slice 1 large onion up into rings 32 - Place the onions in a bowl of butter milk 33 - Put the burgers in the oven for about 1 hour at 375F 34 - Lubricate the baking sheet 35 - Roll out your graham cracker dough on the baking tray 36 - Gently score the graham crackers into 4 equal parts 37 - Turn your oven to 350F and cook the crackers for 10-15 minutes 38 - Coat the onion in flour 39 - Dip the same onion into the red velvet batter 40 - Once coated place the onion ring into the hot oil to cook 41 - Take the burgers out of the oven and let them sit to cool down before building 42 - Remove the graham crackers from the oven and let them sit to cool off 43 - Make a sandwich 44 - Make a sandwich like this 45 - Add some vanilla icing as a dipping sauce
