- description: Based on some of the dashcam footage we've seen, it seems like there's a question on the Russian driver's license exam that reads, "Do you fear death?" — and if you answer "yes," you're summarily booted out of the building and have to go back to riding bears or whatever it is Russians get around on before they can drive. This video does not disprove that theory. While rude American drivers can occasionally be seen driving up the shoulder to avoid a traffic block, few of them (at least in our experience) will do so on a too-narrow shoulder that necessitates driving partially on the divider. This maneuver is Putin-approved!
