It is easily available in the market and you should eat its barley especially in summers because it is a grain which has a cold effect and it cools your body from inside and it has a lot of health benefits. You can also give it in the diet of diabetes patients because barley is also considered good for their diet. Then you can easily make it for children, adults and for yourself. In the video, I have told its very easy method, but in this way barley kheer is made. It becomes very tasty. In this, if you eat a bowl of Daliya kheer in the morning, you will get a lot of health benefits and by continuously taking it in your diet, whatever nutritional deficiency you have will be fulfilled. You can see in the video how I have first washed the daliya with water. It is very important to do this. Then after that we have to fry it well in a little ghee and then after adding water to it, we have to cook it in the cooker by putting the whistle on so that the daliya becomes soft quickly and after that, however many bowls of milk you want to make for breakfast, we just have to add that many bowls of milk and cook it because the daliya gets cooked well after the whistle of the cooker and after adding milk, we just have to cook it for 5 to 10 minutes. Then I have especially added cinnamon to it and then I have added almonds and poppy seeds to it. Due to which the nutritional value of this Daliya kheer also increases and then we have to grind it and add it in it and after this I have also grated some dry coconut in it so that it feels good when it comes in the mouth while eating and it also has many health benefits. Then I have added sugar candy in it to sweeten this kheer. If you want, you can also add sugar and if you want, you can also add jaggery powder or a substitute. If you make this kheer for a diabetic patient. Then we have added roasted makhana and a little cardamom powder in it and very easily our Jaag Daliya kheer is ready.
