- description: Around 350 transport and armoured vehicles that belonged to the Ukrainian army are parked in a military base near Bakhchisarai on Friday. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced earlier on Friday that all Ukrainian army vehicles located in Crimea will be relocated to Ukraine. All military equipment, including ships and aircraft will be transferred. The Russian military are currently conducting an inventory of all materiel on the Crimean peninsula, including legacy supplies dating back to independence from the Soviet Union. In addition, the bulk of weapons in Crimea are BTR-70, BMP-1, T-64B and T-64B1 armoured vehicles, and are not currently in use with the Russian Army.
