It is reported that: - on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, shortly after 7:45 a.m., a 13-year-old girl was walking her dog in the Lawrence Avenue/Mount Pleasant Road area - a man began to follow her - concerned for her own safety, the girl returned home walking through her backyard - she then informed her mother of the incident - the man ran into the backyard after the girl and was confronted by her mother - the man left The man is described as white, 20 to 25, with brown hair, and a goatee. He was wearing a black hoodie with white on the front, and black pants.
