The mum then leaves the baby to fend for itself and the child can be seen looking around for its mother. Cars and bikes can be seen passing by, one driver even stops briefly, but they do nothing to help and just drive off instead. The helpless child, which is too young to walk, begins to cry in fear and starts to crawl. Eventually its screams caught the attention of a female employee who worked at the car park. By the time she reached the child, it had almost crawled to the place where the cars drive. She took the baby into safety and phoned the police who launched an investigation.
