We heard about the O'Connor family from West Limerick who wanted to offer a very special welcome home for their youngest daughter Carmel who was travelling from Brisbane in Australia to spend Christmas with her family for the first time in four years. So we agreed to help the O'Connor family plan a special welcome home for Carmel, which included filming Carmel's arrival at the airport. The surprise welcome also included a performance by Draíoct, a folk music group that has appeared on The Late Late Show, and which includes Carmel’s younger brother Jack. What we didn’t know was that Carmel had a Christmas surprise of her own.
