I find it better than other fitness program that concentrate on aerobic exercises. (those make me exhausted), the venus factor concentrate on weights. I read somewhere that doing weight exercises helps with hormone production, I suffer from fatigue too due to my imbalance hormones. So far I really like the exercises of the venus program. I'm not really over weight but. I would like to tone up my body and I think this is the right program for me. I came across a website that gives really good info, It is a great workout. I have stumbled through basically the first month, and it's been a bit, so I plan to basically redo that. It is lifting, but the way it's set up your heart rate is up and you're sweating.
