This is video of an exclusive upgrade to Leaked I317UCUBMJ4 of the Galaxy Note II and also rooting of 4.3 (JSS15J.I317UCUBMJ4) Android ATT version. This was a leaked version but it is official ATT. Since it is official it is more stable than Some Custom Roms out there. Mostly everything will be working if not all! This version will have the 4.3 upgrades that the Note 2 will have in 6 months plus. This is suppose to have the Galaxy Gear Watch update and also the Air view and S Pen updated Software. This is a prelease of the Note 2 for ATT on 4.3! There is a N7100 International Version release also but I have the ATT so will be doing a video for the At&t version. So put the phone back in download mode. If it does boot up don't go through the setup, download mode right away and root or else you will not be able to root once Knox starts up. 5) Download CF Auto-root - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1980644 6) Download mode Again 7) Click start Wait till phone finishes 8) Download and install SuperSU from play market 9) You are now on 4.3 and rooted!
