- description: So basically, one of the harder bosses (in my opinion) in Act 4 of D3 decided to spawn TWICE instead of just once, like it was supposed to, leading to some very painful deaths. Haven't seen it with that boss or any other boss, before, or since this happened. This happened on Nightmare mode during my livestream tonight. Has anything like this happened to you?
