It is locked at 30fps, any attempt to unlock it results in the game's speed increasing along with the frame rate, making it unplayable and causing the physics to go haywire. Initially I went into this video looking to show that but I ended up being so frustrated by how much of an idiot this game thinks you are that I focused on that instead. Avoid until fixed.
