The advertising agency employee had just finished a shoot for a liquid soap commerical on the 13th floor of a Tokyo skyscraper. And to get rid of the left-over liquid, he poured it down the plughole where it bubbled up, causing an avalanche of suds on the street below. The road is in the centre of the city's glitzy Ginza district, home to luxury stores Chanel, Dior and Louis Vuitton. And police and firefighters worked through the night to clear the area after assuring the public it was safe.
