A: An earpiece is very important for singing nowadays, especially she didn't sing in a music hall, she sang outdoor where speakers, noise and building were all over the place. Sound bounced back and forth. It was very hard, if not impossible, to hear the music clearly without distortion. The worse part without a working earpiece was that she was not able to hear own voice clearly as she sang. No one can sing/speak properly without being able to hear himself/herself.
