Freak accident results in boy jamming chopsticks into his neck

- description: A 12-year-old boy was rushed to hospital last week in Hubei with a pair of steel chopsticks stuck in his throat. The boy had left school to buy his lunch and was eating as he walked back when he was hit by a mother driving her scooter to school to deliver lunch to her son. The chopsticks became lodged in the boy’s throat after he fell to the ground. He was rushed to hospital where surgeons were able to remove the chopsticks, the chopsticks didn’t hit anything vital or injure the boy’s spine.
