Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use." John Key finally decides to appear for an interview by John Campbell after numerous occasions of John Key showing no response to invitations by the Campbell Live team, a division of TV3 and Media Works. On the 14th of August, 2014, John Key and John Campbell discuss the GCSB bill, and how kiwi's across NZ are feeling about it. The video also refers to John Key's statement in which he makes mention of snapper quota being more important to kiwi's than the GCSB bill. It is most important to remember Helen Clarke has made a statement in reply to National party statements in which she denies allowing anything in the bill that related to New Zealand information being allowed for sharing to international networks such as Prism, lead by the NSA. Having John Key saying he is not changing anything to the law, therefore claiming Helen Clarke would have allowed direct mention of New Zealand residents and there information regarding them to overseas agencies including ones led by state departments such as NSA. World famous, Edward Snowden confirms a link between New Zealand and US spy agencies. We now need to look at the facts and spend time making sure this GCSB is one that will benefit kiwis. Human Rights/Privacy Commission have not only identified a sudden rush in passing the upgraded bill but also state this upgrade is a clear breach of Human Rights in New Zealand. And lets all remember, if it wasn't for Kim Dotcom, kiwi's would have never known the GCSB and NZ Police were breaking current laws in regards to spying and gathering data for an illegal raid without a proper warrant. Kim Dotcom, being granted residence holds his rights in New Zealand law. There was no need for Government Agencies to break their own laws.
