Currently OPEC controls the vast majority of the world's oil. This video outlines a solution so that fuel dollars can go to domestic innovation and development instead of funding global oppression and terror. Better still, it could be easily implemented today by a simple act of congress. A fleet of methanol-ethanol-gasoline flex fuel cars would create and open fuel market, forcing gasoline to compete in the open with more sustainable fuels that can be domestically produced.
