Mayor Dale Ross took a break in the middle of a city council meeting on April 28, and appears to have accidentally left his microphone on as he used the bathroom. City councilwoman Rachel Jonrowe had just started to speak about the very serious topic of antibiotic resistance when the mayor could be heard relieving himself in the restroom.
