I didn't plan to do this video & just sat down to film so there is a lot of umms and ahhs and I didn't really know what I was going to say 4. I am not using any lighting at all and haven't made a nice background because I couldn't really move I visit a plastic surgeon on Harley Street in London once a year but even with insurance it's expensive. Another alternative is to visit your local GP and use the NHS - this is for the UK, I don't know how it works elsewhere.
