- description: *Apparently* these are meant to be 80cm and 90cm classes -_- They looked so so tiny but aw well it was still a good experience for him! Murphy doesn't respect small fences very much so it was hard to motivate him to actually use himself! The classes only went up to 90cm otherwise I would have gone higher since their idea of 90cm was tiny! So so pleased with how he went, I know we jump big at home but we are so so inexperienced at courses and we both struggle tonnes with it. This was our second proper show ever and the last one was the same one last year!! I am so pleased that he went double clear in the 80s, I know it seems like nothing because they look tiny and all that, but clear rounds are so rare for him, I think this is his second or third in his life! I was also so pleased with him in the '90s', last year he was like a maniac, just bolted round the whole thing and he really steadied himself and calmed down and listened to me this year. I know he had 3 down and some people will wonder why I can be happy with that but I don't care about winning, I'm just so happy that he's making improvement. As you can see, he jumps oxers much better than verticals and that is something we are working on at home. Thanks to ally for filming (and her heavy breathing from running ;))
