- description: www.cigarpeg.com The Flor de las Antillas Toro (6' by 52 ring) was rated as Cigar Aficionado Magazine as their #1 cigar for 2012. The rating was 96.. Produced by My Father Cigars S.A. in Nicaragua, the wrapper, binder and fillers are also from Nicaraua. Suggested retail price is $6.90 but cost the reviewer $10 in the Los Angeles area. Was it a 96 (out of 100)...not really. However it was a fine cigar which had a great draw and leather/pepper/spice taste. The construction was good...not great as the ash fell off at just over an inch burn. If you can find them at the suggest retail price...buy a box...they will get better with age. http://www.myfathercigars.com/ A glass of Balvanie 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (no ice) went with the cigar very nicely.
