The brother and sister are sent flying through the air after their oblivious mum led them into the road from behind a parked SUV - all seen from the driver's view. Despite their mum's best attempt to react, the car strikes the pair and both bounce off the windscreen. The impact forces the kids' specs off their faces and the little lad's bag to skid across the road. Remarkably, the pair spring to their feet and their horrified mum darts over and scoops up her shocked son. Her dazed daughter clutches her head and a woman runs into the road to comfort her. A passer-by in a pink polo top rushes to their aid and reaches for his phone, presumably to call the cops. It's thought that the pair escaped with minor injuries. Many cars in Russia are fitted with dashcams for insurance purposes. Astonishing footage shows two kids being mown down by car !
