- description: Case #: 2016-69932 POLICE INVESTIGATE ASSAULT WITH VEHICLE AND RELEASE VIDEO AND PICTURE OF SUSPECT On Sunday September 25, 2016 at approximately 7:45am, Windsor Police were dispatched to the Goodwill parking lot located in the 1600 block of McDougall for a pedestrian who was struck by a motor vehicle. Investigation revealed that a female drove into the parking lot and began rummaging through donations and placing them into a bagshe found in front of the business. While doing this a male approached on his bike and tried to engage in a conversation. The female ignored him and he eventually got off his bike approximately 20 feet in front of her vehicle and continued shouting at her. The female subsequently got into her vehicle and intentionally drove into the male and then she fled the scene. She was last seen traveling eastbound on Hanna Street. The 57 year old male was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It appears that she is driving a grey Toyota Corolla. Please review the video and of the female and the vehicle and if you have any information on her identity or the vehicle call the police.
