- description: After the safety car period, because of Davidson's crash, the Toyota TS030 of Kazuki Nakajima sat close behind the leading Audi. In an attempt to follow the Audi's through traffic Nakajima hit the Nissan Deltawing. The Nissan Deltawing was out of the race and for the Toyota TS030 this was the start of a lot of problems and later retirement. A shame for 2 great cars.
