WARNING: Use of this video content is at your own risk. The kiwi fruit seems to cause everyone trouble. It's not easy to peel at all, whether you use a knife, potato peeler, or some other method. Some people I know even eat the kiwi with the skin on to avoid the frustration. So about 5 years ago, I played around with some ideas, and tried carving it out with a spoon. It worked like magic, and I've been doing it ever since. I'm happy to say it's still the best way to peel a kiwi I've ever come across, and this video is my way of sharing it with you, and the world. Of course I realize there are probably people out there who have been doing this, or something similar all their lives. This was simply a new discovery for me, and I haven't come across anyone who has ever thought to try it. So go try it! :)
