After the promoter captured him, the offender kept ranting in British English while trying to get support from onlookers by saying he's Chinese too (but spoke in English and broken Cantonese, ironically). Apparently the two have a history: the offender claimed that he was once shouted at by the curry guy with a megaphone right next to his ear, and the two have apparently had occassional fights in the same spot since then.
