VIDEO - Mystery Beach Creature Washes Ashore in Santa Barbara California , Residents Baffled

The mystery animal was found near a drain washout on the East Beach of Santa Barbara. No other similar animals have been spotted in the area, KEYT reported. However, the Daily Mail reported a similar creature was discovered in San Diego – about 200 miles from Santa Barbara – in June 2012. Do you know what it is?
