- description: Near judges bungalow two people were rammed by a speeding BMW which killed one and other is critically injured. CCTV footage of the accident spot is procured. The footage revealed that Rahul and Shivam were on bike. It all happened in less than two seconds. Rahul and Shivam took the turn and in an instant the speeding car hit the bike and the bike flung in the air. Rahul and Shivam was immediately rushed to hospital by their other friends where Shivam Dave was brought to dead while Rahul is battling for life in hospital. Friends of Shivam have claimed that the car was drove by Vismay Shah, but FIR has not been lodged against Vismay Shah. Shivam's father is upset with the investigation as he thinks that father of Vismay, Amit Shah is influential personality which is hindering the investigation. However Dr. Amit Shah, has said that it was not Vismay but driver was driving BMW during the accident.
