It was a special weekend, featuring the launch of an all-new S-Works Epic bike. Despite the motivation that comes with a new machine, most of the riders experienced "un jour sans", a day without. Whether it was the altitude, illness, or over-training, the power to compete for victory wasn't there, and the day became more about just getting across the finish line. Sometimes, that's racing.
