If you like regular sushi, you are gonna love it! やっぱりこういうメニューは海外の人でも意見が分かれるなー。タイトル寿司バーガーに変えようかな（笑） Ingredients I used （15 inch / serving 2） ~ Avocado sauce ~ : 1 Avocado : 2 boiled egg : 1 tbsp mayo : 1 tbsp mustard : 1 tsp soy sauce : 1 tsp black pepper : 2 garlic cloves (grated) ~ For topping ~ : Avocado sauce : Thinly sliced onion (1/2 onion) : 150g ~ 200g tuna fish (finely chopped) : 10 ~ 15 shiso leaves (finely chopped) : Smoked salmon : Salmon caviar ~ For sushi vinegar ~ : 30ml (1 oz) rice vinegar : 1 tbsp sugar : a little bit of salt ~ Rice patty ~ : Regular sushi rice : Pnko (just to make rice patty a little crispy) * Bread crumbs that you can buy would be good enough. ~ Seasoning for chopped tuna fish ~ : 1 tbsp soy sauce : Wasabi (as much as you need) ~ For sliced onion ~ * Soak it in the water with a little bit of lemon juce for about 10 minutes Today's customer at RUNNY's http://www.youtube.com/OmuniOnline '' What's cooking?
