It is thought the hilarious incident took place somewhere in the Czech Republic, although the exact location is not made clear. Meanwhile, the 'world's laziest dog walker' has been slammed by campaigners after being spotted driving in a minivan as the dog sprints alongside the vehicle attached to a lead.
