As the audience booed Kills, Moon ganged up on Irvine, saying, "It just feels a bit cheap and absurd," the singer said. Fans of the show rallied against Kills and Moon, and an online petition was created asking TV3 to fire the two judges; it received more than 70,000 signatures in less than 24 hours.
