I believe that brosciene is simple "evidence based results" and there is a time and place to learn from people who are learning far faster than science. Science is an AMAZING starting point and can get you started in the right direction but science has its limitations just as broscience does. I love the science. I read the science. I do my best to incorporate scientific methods into all my programs but I freely admit that I can not substantiate everything that I do and I'm okay with that. I am not going to wait for science to catch up when I have to get shredded for a photo shoot in 2 weeks. I trust this video gave you a different perspective on broscience - I did not say it was right and I did not say it was wrong. I simply let you view it differently. How you choose to view it is totally up to you. I hope my insights helped you build muscle, achieve muscle growth, make better use of your weight lifting sessions and become a better bodybuilder.
