It's been a huge Christmas week on the hill, with some much needed snowfall lifting our festive spirits and allowing us to open more lifts and more terrain. We've hosted a stack of events, so let's take a look at the week that was at Mt Buller. Christmas week opened on a positive note with the number of turning lifts jumping to 15 on Monday before skyrocketing to 20 of 22 on Friday ... all thanks to the early August snowfall. Santa made plenty of appearances on his modern day sled, while the Lantern Run for the Leukemia Foundation lit up Bourke Street on Tuesday night. There's also been plenty of racing action across the resort, with the FIS races and King of the Mountain. The terrain parks are being upgraded daily and a rider cross course was pushed in on Wednesday night. With snow forecast each day well into next week, it's the perfect time to get up here and make some fresh tracks. I look forward to seeing you all soon here On Top Of The World and Mt Buller!
